installations from 1999 [1981- 2006], cibachrome and c-type photographs, various sizes
It was Sunday afternoon. We were sitting in the back of the number 180 bus going to Winlanow Palace. It was a bright day and the light from the window was falling on your face. You smiled at me. For a fleeting moment, through the particular and unrepeatable pattern of light, your gesture and our intimacy I glimpsed a moment of eternity.
Even though you loved photography you never let me take your photograph. Not even once. I guess you already knew that you would break my heart and so distrusted a machine that can capture light and return a moment forever.
